Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Oracle Health Program Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in owning enterprise standards adoption, cross-health-system coordination, third-party vendor alignment, revenue cycle protection, clinical safety governance, and end-to-end delivery execution across all clinical, financial, technical and operational domains. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as executive liaison between client, Impact Advisors, Oracle Health, and all third-party vendors. Establish and operate the Executive War Room cadence with defined decision rights, escalation pathways, and 48-hour decision SLAs. Maintain executive alignment on scope, timeline, and operational readiness.
- Lead the development and approval of the Client Playbook. Enforce standards adoption across all design and build activities. Prevent redesign churn by governing scope change through formal executive change control.
- Deliver and baseline the integrated EHR Transition Project Plan including timelines, staffing models, RACI, migration roadmap, cutover plan, and stabilization strategy. Track all milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues with executive-level transparency. Ensure infrastructure, security, build, testing, training, and go-live readiness milestones are met.
- Own the full data migration lifecycle including scope definition, mock migrations, validation cycles, reconciliation processes, and final cutover execution. Lead the design and execution of the comprehensive Cutover Plan covering MRN conversion, census re-banding, pharmacy med-rec, interfaces, downtime/uptime recovery, and charge conversion.
- Establish and operate the Revenue Integrity Command Center for go-live stabilization.
- Monitor DNFB, charge lag, interface failures, late charges, and cash-flow risk.
- Lead clinical safety controls including Blood Bank, Lab, and Pharmacy executive validation checkpoints.
- Build and maintain the third-party application and interface inventory.
- Execute vendor readiness plans and enforce contractual milestone compliance.
- Ensure all third-party vendors complete dress rehearsals and go-live readiness attestations.
- Ensure training environments are ready and adoption targets (≥80% trained pre-go-live) are achieved.
- Coordinate operational backfill strategies to protect SME availability.
- Lead go-live +30 and +60 day stabilization milestones for revenue and clinical safety.
- Deliver final executive readiness and stabilization sign-off packages.
