This leader is responsible for leading the improvement and development of a best-in-class Commercial Fueling Experience for Fleet Customers by partnering cross-functionally to influence training, communications, and operations execution. Key duties include designing implementation frameworks, owning SOP creation, leading change management strategy, and ensuring alignment between strategy and field execution.

This role oversees assigned preventative maintenance, specialized services, and national programs, focusing on leading Program Coordinators and technicians while managing outsourced service providers for equipment and property compliance. Key duties include managing daily maintenance operations across approximately 350 stores, leading personnel, handling work orders, reviewing KPIs, and managing maintenance budgets.
