Role Description

Legrand North America is seeking a talented and motivated Data Quality IT Program Manager to join their growing development team and assist in the company-wide Product Data Quality initiative. This role will report to the Director of Enterprise Data Management and will serve as the techno/functional leader to interface between the business product data teams and the IT teams for product data quality improvements.

  • Manage cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously using Scrum, Agile, or Kanban or waterfall
  • Build complex project/sprint plans with multiple workstreams to keep project delivery on-track
  • Conduct daily standups and run internal and external meetings with a variety of teams
  • Monitor team performance, driving continuous improvement and removing impediments
  • Manage project budgets, burn rate, and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Anticipate and manage risks and issues as they arise
  • Determine process health metrics and key performance indicators and build data visualization reports
  • Partner with business stakeholders to collaborate on the product data quality strategy
  • Analyze and document data flows across multiple business systems
  • Define and document requirements into features/stories
  • Develop IT roadmap for improvement opportunities
  • Manage the overall program as well as the individual projects to deliver improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with other IT teams for project deliverables
  • Support product data teams in the IT systems impact assessment when there are data change requests
  • Provide guidance to business teams regarding data taxonomy updates and system configurations
  • Support product data team in the creation of data quality and other informational reports
  • Contribute to the process improvement analyses by evaluating and recommending reporting tools
  • Support new product launch process, coordinating with Data Quality and other downstream application teams

Qualifications

  • Experience with Data management systems and processes
  • Experience in managing a minimum of 2-3 MDM/DG programs
  • SAP Commerce (Hybris) experience is beneficial
  • Experience with managing projects in Agile methodology
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Project Plan
  • Proficient in either Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work between technical and business teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confident yet humble demeanor
  • Experience with 3rd party development partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or technical discipline
  • Master in Scrum via Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
