Role Description

We're looking for a Spiff Implementer to lead the setup and integration of Spiff's commission management tool into our Salesforce environment on a flexible, part-time basis. This is an as-needed, hourly role ideal for someone with technical expertise who can also coach and empower internal teams.

  • Configure and customize Spiff to align with our Salesforce setup and commission structures.
  • Advise on best practices to optimize commission calculations, reporting, and automation within Spiff.
  • Develop a clear implementation plan with timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Provide coaching sessions for internal users on Spiff functionalities and basic maintenance.
  • Serve as a support resource for troubleshooting and ongoing improvements after implementation.
  • Create detailed documentation of integration steps, system customizations, and user training materials.
  • Recommend process improvements to ensure smooth, scalable Spiff usage over time.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing Spiff, ideally integrated with Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and development best practices.

Requirements

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or App Builder (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coaching and supporting teams.
  • High attention to detail and proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.

  • Successful end-to-end implementation of Spiff integrated with Salesforce.
  • Internal team fully trained to manage and maintain Spiff independently.
  • Clear documentation supporting internal processes and future updates.
  • Optimized commission tracking and reporting processes leading to improved operational efficiency.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time, hourly, as-needed basis.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate project milestones and coaching sessions.
