Role Description
We're looking for a Spiff Implementer to lead the setup and integration of Spiff's commission management tool into our Salesforce environment on a flexible, part-time basis. This is an as-needed, hourly role ideal for someone with technical expertise who can also coach and empower internal teams.
- Configure and customize Spiff to align with our Salesforce setup and commission structures.
- Advise on best practices to optimize commission calculations, reporting, and automation within Spiff.
- Develop a clear implementation plan with timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Provide coaching sessions for internal users on Spiff functionalities and basic maintenance.
- Serve as a support resource for troubleshooting and ongoing improvements after implementation.
- Create detailed documentation of integration steps, system customizations, and user training materials.
- Recommend process improvements to ensure smooth, scalable Spiff usage over time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing Spiff, ideally integrated with Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and development best practices.
Requirements
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or App Builder (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coaching and supporting teams.
- High attention to detail and proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
