Role Description
This role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert in support of the installation of Luminator’s products to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Luminator’s hardware and software solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date proficiency across all company products and services, including installation standards, equipment protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Review product prints and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, collaborating with clients to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, timelines, and resource strategies aligned with project scope and client objectives.
- Conduct system assessments to identify integration points, data migration needs, and customization opportunities.
- Configure and customize solutions to meet client specifications, ensuring accurate and effective deployment.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Deliver client training and documentation to support effective use and long-term maintenance of solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Work with site management to verify installations meet specifications and quality standards.
- Operate vehicles and field systems safely and in accordance with company protocols.
- Partner with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate work across departments to meet project commitments and drive successful outcomes.
- Identify and implement process improvements, documentation enhancements, and opportunities for team knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving implementation methodologies.
- Develop and deliver hands-on training courses tailored to equipment types and local operational needs.
- Mentor and support the development of future Senior Implementation Specialists.
- Document implementation processes and technical configurations thoroughly.
- Follow all company field procedures and protocols to ensure compliance and safety.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma required.
- 4+ years prior implementation experience with technical or engineering services, or Military experience in electronics programs may be considered equivalent to this typical qualification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements
- Clean DMV record and valid Driver License.
- OSHA training a plus.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Driven, self-starter with a sense of urgency and customer focus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of service contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to show and or train a co-worker on a technical problem or issue.
