Job Description
Role Description
This role involves owning the setup, standardization, training, and support of teams inside Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Design and implement consistent ACC workflows across all projects
- Ensure files are organized and RFIs/submittals flow smoothly
- Document work correctly for field teams
- Provide trustworthy reporting for leadership
- Act as a system builder, trainer, and problem-solver
Key Responsibilities

ACC Setup + Standardization
- Configure and administer ACC project environments: users, roles, permissions, and access controls
- Build and maintain project templates (folder structures, naming conventions, forms, workflows)
- Standardize workflows for document control, versioning, RFIs, submittals, issues, checklists, daily logs, photos, and approvals
- Maintain clean, consistent data for quick access by teams

Training + Adoption (Critical)
- Train PMs, supers, and field teams on "how we use ACC at CALCON"
- Create short SOPs, job aids, and quick training videos
- Lead rollout plans for new projects and reinforce best practices
- Provide friendly, reliable support to maintain high adoption

Reporting + Continuous Improvement
- Build dashboards/reports that reflect real project status
- Identify gaps, reduce "shadow systems," and improve consistency across projects
- Coordinate with Autodesk support/partners for troubleshooting
Requirements
- Proven Autodesk Construction Cloud / Autodesk administration experience (ACC/BIM 360)
- Strong understanding of construction operations (PM + field workflows)
- Ability to configure templates, permissions, and workflows independently
- Confident trainer/communicator who can earn buy-in from busy teams
- Reliable remote work habits: organized, responsive, and accountable
Pay & Schedule
- $12-$20/hour depending on experience
- Remote position (collaborate with a Los Angeles-based team)
