Job Description

• Partner: Act as the primary link between external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and supply continuity. • Negotiate: Own the bottom line through proactive cost-modeling, process improvements, and design-for-cost changes. • Build: Support Joint Design Manufacturing (JDM) by delivering data-driven insights that keep our supply chain resilient, high-quality, and ready for the future.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in global supply chain and/or strategic sourcing
Solid organizational skills, including: attention to detail, prioritization, and triage of complicated issues
Ability to dive deep into understanding strategic insights and commodity trends
Advanced analytical skills, expertise in should-costing and leading complex negotiations
Ability to translate data into insights and craft executive presentations
Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and critical problem-solving capabilities
Experience working with international supply base partners at executive levels
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
Experience collaborating and working cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams
Preferred experience in electromechanical commodities including cables and connectors
BS minimum in a relevant analytical field e.g. Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
