Job Description

As a Regional Sales Director, you will guide our regional strategy and ensure we meet our goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Sales and Profitability

  • Lead the region to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Oversee all field sales and service activities, including account management and new business development.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop Regional Sales Managers and Technical Sales and Service Representatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews and set clear annual objectives for your team.
  • Drive the execution of company-wide goals and policies.

Marketing and Reporting

  • Contribute to key sales and marketing programs, including creating and delivering presentations.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales activities, team performance, and market competition.

Industry Engagement

  • Represent FinishWorks professionally at trade shows and industry events.
  • Network with key organizations like the KCMA.

What You Will Bring

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Professional training in sales or sales management.

  • Excellent organizational and people skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
