• Assist with developing and updating new template Statements of Work by reviewing existing documents, gathering details from HealthProof materials, and conducting investigative research • Inventory HealthProof’s historical contract library by reviewing past agreements and organizing key details for easy reference • Document negotiated terms and deal positions from prior contracts to help the Sales and Legal teams understand patterns and strengthen future negotiations • Support the Sales team by organizing contract insights, maintaining documentation, and helping improve the consistency of sales materials
