Job Description

• Lead complex, high-profile, or strategic customer implementation projects • Develop comprehensive project management plans with detailed work breakdown structures • Manage project scope, timeline, and resources with minimal supervision • Build and maintain strong client relationships at multiple levels • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive management • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project management staff • Drive project governance and ensure adherence to methodology and standards • Manage escalations and complex issue resolution • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices • Facilitate complex client requirements gathering and solution alignment • Ensure smooth transition to support at project completion • Prepare and present executive-level project status reports • Demonstrate advanced and consistent use of AI tools to manage complex projects more effectively, including risk identification, stakeholder reporting, and workstream coordination • Actively share AI best practices, workflows, and lessons learned with Project Coordinators and Project Managers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of project management experience
  • 3+ years in healthcare IT project management preferred
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Demonstrated track record of using AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and project outcomes
  • Experience managing complex implementation projects
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles
