Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, or business is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a regional or national account manager position selling electrical/power or engineering related services/PLC to Renewables/Energy (Coal, Wind, Solar, Nuclear, etc.)
- A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance.
- The ability to interact with all levels within and organization from engineering to the CEO).
- A solid grasp of sales metrics, performance measures, and technical indicators.
- A thorough aptitude for analysis and strategy.
- Decisive thinking and leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-relations skills.
- Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
- Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities.
