• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from sourcing through placement • Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified technical candidates using your own tools and networks • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and present well-qualified, well-prepared candidates • Manage candidate relationships, follow-up, and pipeline activity independently • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders as needed • Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to candidate activity and placements • Operate with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability as an independent partner
