Job Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting in startup or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated experience hiring across levels, including senior ICs and technical leadership roles
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships quickly
- Highly execution-oriented with strong experience designing recruiting processes
- Technical fluency and comfort engaging with engineers and technical leaders
- Experience with Ashby (or similar ATS) and AI-enabled recruiting workflows
- Strong judgment, communication, and candidate advocacy skills
