Job Description
The Technical Product Manager will work especially closely with our Data Engineering & Development teams. This individual will act as the product resource focused on building and enhancing integrations with key platforms. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to drive integration projects from ideation to execution, ensuring each integration aligns with business objectives and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with Product leadership and cross-functional teams to contribute to a roadmap that incorporates integrations, AI capabilities, and internal tooling that align with Ludi’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute a strategy to standardize and productize integrations for scalable growth, reducing reliance on custom one-off solutions.
- Own the product lifecycle for integrations & complex technical product capabilities, from requirements gathering and technical feasibility to launch and support.
- Partner closely with the integration IT Project Manager to proactively identify opportunities to standardize and productize automations and integration solutions
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of integration features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
- Manage and prioritize project scope, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer priorities.
- Define and document product requirements and write user stories to ensure engineering has clear requirements and business context for value
- Develop user and data flows, process maps, and wireframes to guide design and development.
- Develop detailed versioning plans for delivering value iteratively and incrementally
- Monitor development progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Maintain continuous alignment with Customer Success on evolving integration and automation needs, gaps, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to align on integration needs and technical specifications.
- Partner closely with engineering, QA, and project management teams to ensure integration features and capabilities are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Act as a liaison with clients and internal stakeholders and gather feedback to continuously enhance integration solutions.
- Educate clients on integration capabilities, serving as a product ambassador to drive adoption and maximize client satisfaction.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment or in industries focused on integrations with EHRs, ERPs, scheduling systems, or contract management systems.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in API-based integrations and a solid understanding of data exchange protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR for healthcare; REST, SOAP).
- Proven track record of managing integration projects from concept through release.
- Experience working with AI tools, both for your own work and building AI-integrated product capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a complex environment.
- Experience with modern product management methodologies.
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements, particularly related to EHRs and healthcare data exchange.
