The Development Systems Analyst ensures the review and continuous improvement of development systems, data, and tools supporting fundraising and constituent relationship management, acting as a subject matter expert for core fundraising data. This role involves managing data quality metrics, creating data profiles via SQL, aligning on data definitions, maintaining the CRM data dictionary, and providing user-centered data support to maximize fundraising effectiveness.

The River Resilience Coordinator develops and implements watershed conservation activities, partnerships, and outreach across the Interior Highlands geography, contributing to Missouri's priorities like biodiversity protection and connectivity. Responsibilities include facilitating stream crossing lists, coordinating bridge replacements, writing grants, and organizing peer-to-peer groups focused on aquatic organism passage.

The coordinator will provide essential support to the ZCC Strategy by ensuring managerial and operational information is current across various channels, while also assisting with administrative, contract, financial, and programmatic activities. This includes creating and maintaining strategy dashboards, supporting contracting workflows, managing payments, and assisting core leadership with scheduling and administrative tasks.

The Senior Philanthropy Consultant will lead the management and growth of external consultants to deliver consulting services, including campaign planning and strategic fundraising counsel, to internal philanthropy teams. Responsibilities also include developing consistent methodologies and tools, training external consultants, and maintaining expert knowledge of team resources.

The advisor supports global strategy leadership by managing priority projects focused on economically viable and equitable forest-focused Natural Climate Solutions (NCS), serving as a hands-on finance practitioner to develop and implement necessary financial, economic, and policy changes. This involves advising, providing thought leadership, and leading initiatives related to developing equitable financing mechanisms while collaborating with internal units and external actors like capital providers and community partners.
