• Position involves 5am start time and extensive driving. • Deliver products and upsell our popular brands/products on open routes. • Develop a relationship with and provide service and products to existing customers that insures customer retention and customer loyalty. • Complete service calls, resolve customer problems or complaints. • Respond to customer calls in a timely manner. • Use handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data. • Ordering, scanning, and logging backstock using handheld device. • Manage inventory and balance daily route activities. • Protect company assets, including collection of equipment and customer payments. • Ensure backstock reaches the sales floor and organizing/maintaining back-room inventory in proper location.
