Job Description
Role Description
This role will be focused on two key areas: hiring contract talent for active and upcoming client projects, and expanding our associate network - a curated community of experienced professionals ready to deploy when the next opportunity comes through.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other methods to source for senior level independent contractors (associates) for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, etc.
- Conduct initial video interviews with candidates to assess skill level and overall fit with Equal Experts roles and model
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
- Onboard people to the network in a warm and inviting manner
Qualifications
- Experience hiring technical talent including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, etc.
- Comfortable hiring contract and/or independent consultant talent at high velocity
- Preferred prior experience hiring in Latin American markets
- Strong stakeholder management abilities - guiding candidates and hiring managers through the interview process
- Comfortability handling ambiguity or shifts in priorities
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and Slack or related systems
