Job Description
Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven recruiter to join our Talent team, focusing on recruiting top talent across LATAM and the US. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process while also taking ownership of talent team projects that move the needle on how we hire and operate. Beyond filling reqs, you'll be a true talent partner to your stakeholders — someone who understands the business, builds trust, and drives strategy. This role is based in LATAM and requires strong working English proficiency. If you're excited about technology, people, and growth, this role is perfect for you!
What You'll Do
-
Within 3 months, you will:
- Establish Strong Relationships: Build trust and strong working relationships with hiring managers across LATAM, understanding their unique needs and priorities for each role.
- Launch Efficient Sourcing Strategy: Implement a targeted sourcing strategy tailored to the LATAM market to quickly identify and engage with top talent.
- Actively Recruiting: By month one, you'll already be managing reqs end-to-end and building pipelines for your assigned roles.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by refining interview processes, communications, and feedback loops.
- Identify a Talent Team Gap: Hit the ground running and share early observations about the talent team — what's working, what could be better, and where you'd want to dig in.
-
Within 6 months, you will:
- Enhanced Recruitment Process Efficiency: Successfully streamlined and improved the full-cycle recruitment process, raising the bar on candidate quality and delivering a consistently strong hiring manager and candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring the company is well-prepared to meet future hiring needs with a pool of qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies for specialized roles.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Own a Talent Initiative: Take full ownership of a talent team initiative from idea to execution — whether it's improving a process, rolling out a new tool, or building a playbook — and be able to speak to the tangible impact it had on how the team operates.
-
Within 9 months, you will:
- Ownership of Recruitment: Take full ownership of the recruitment process for multiple high-impact roles, consistently delivering high-quality candidates while being recognized by hiring managers as a trusted partner in the process.
- Optimize Recruitment Technology: Identify and implement technology or tools that further streamline recruitment operations, increasing efficiency in tracking, engagement, and hiring.
- Continuous Employer Branding Impact: Continue driving impactful employer branding initiatives, further increasing the volume and quality of inbound applications, and positioning Clutch as a top destination in the fintech space.
- Become a Trusted Talent Partner: Be recognized by your stakeholders as a go-to thought partner for hiring strategy, not just execution — someone they proactively loop in on headcount planning and team decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS and/or Fintech.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience recruiting in LATAM/US markets.
- Strong working English proficiency — you'll be partnering closely with English-speaking stakeholders and candidates daily.
- Proven technical recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring for software engineering, data, and security roles — you'll be a key talent partner to our engineering team and beyond.
- Strong stakeholder management experience — you're someone hiring managers see as a true partner, not just a service provider.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
- A builder's mindset — beyond recruiting, you proactively identify gaps, take ownership of initiatives, and follow through on solutions that make the whole team operate better.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Please note that this role may evolve as our business needs change, so we appreciate your flexibility and adaptability.
Benefits
- Remote Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of remote work from anywhere, balancing life and career seamlessly.
- Unforgettable Off-Sites: Twice a year, bond with colleagues in exciting destinations, fostering teamwork and fresh ideas.
- Paid Time Off and National Holidays: Enjoy 20 PTO days yearly and the National Holidays for relaxation and rejuvenation.
- Stock Options: Joining us means having a stake in our success, so you'll receive stock options as part of your compensation package.
- Home Office Setup: Create your ideal workspace with a dedicated budget for home office essentials.
- Work Trip Budget: Grow personally and professionally with a budget for work-related trips and co-working.
