Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Travel Agent to join our growing team. In this fully remote position, you will assist clients in planning, booking, and managing travel experiences including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.

If you are passionate about travel, enjoy helping people create memorable experiences, and thrive in a flexible remote environment, this role is for you.

  • Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and budgets
  • Research and recommend travel options (flights, hotels, packages, cruises)
  • Create customized itineraries
  • Process bookings and manage reservations
  • Provide pre- and post-travel support
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, promotions, and destination trends
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, or in hospitality (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using booking systems and online tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection and home workspace
