This role leads and supports Center Store operational execution across assigned regions by providing operational direction, coaching, and field support to ensure consistent standards in merchandising, receiving, inventory, and compliance. The specialist acts as a key liaison between the Store Support Center Merchandising department and Field Operations to align priorities and drive consistent execution in stores.

The primary purpose of this position is to drive consistent Fresh execution across an assigned district through field support, coaching, and execution validation, partnering with store leadership to reinforce operational standards and strengthen merchandising and in-stock execution. This role supports performance outcomes related to sales, profit, labor effectiveness, and known loss reduction while serving as a key operational partner to the District Manager.

The incumbent acts as a key operational partner to the District Manager, ensuring priorities are communicated clearly and executed consistently to improve sales, profit, and labor effectiveness.

The associate is responsible for investigating and resolving external theft, including shoplifting and organized retail crime, while gathering and analyzing intelligence on involved individuals and groups. This role also involves documenting information for prosecution, guiding store teams, operating CCTV, conducting surveillance, and acting as a liaison with law enforcement.
