The Customer Service Representative will coordinate and process numerous duties by working closely with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers while also handling a large volume of incoming phone calls. Responsibilities include interacting with customers via phone, text, and email to resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify information, and conduct phone sales.
