The analyst will utilize various data loss prevention (DLP) solutions to stop the transmission or disclosure of sensitive data, playing a key role in identifying and consulting on mitigating data security risks. Responsibilities include configuring DLP technologies, conducting security assessments, investigating incidents, and developing employee training programs.

This role involves providing service to patients and providers via inbound and outbound phone calls, focusing on scheduling appointments, capturing messages for clinic staff, and addressing customer needs with minimal guidance. Key duties include accurately answering questions, documenting information, scheduling appointments based on urgency guidelines, and providing necessary logistical information to customers.

This role is responsible for leading project team activities and coordinating the day-to-day operational support for projects related to Networking, Operations, Voice & Access, including Contact/Call centers and telephony initiatives to ensure timely completion. The manager will coordinate team activities, become familiar with project scope and objectives, lead project teams, coach other Project Managers, and implement complex, large, or multiple projects.
