This role involves full-cycle provider recruitment on a national scope, requiring direct sourcing through various platforms and developing pipelines for providers across 35+ medical offices. Key tasks include screening candidates for licensure and credentialing readiness, partnering with operations for successful provider launches, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and SOPs.
