This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide category strategy across food, beverage, and related supplier partnerships, driving total value creation by balancing cost, quality, service, and risk management. Key duties include owning multi-year category strategies, leading major RFPs and contract negotiations, and building high-performing supplier ecosystems.

The manager will lead sourcing initiatives, manage supplier performance, and collaborate closely with Operations, Culinary, and Finance teams to ensure scalable and compliant supplier ecosystems.

The Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide category strategies across operational support services like facilities management, security, and staffing to drive total value creation. This involves leading major RFPs, negotiating contracts, managing supplier performance, and acting as a trusted advisor to various internal operations and leadership teams.
