This senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of a multi-branch division, focusing entirely on scaling the division and managing the full Profit and Loss statement. Key duties include developing annual business plans, leading strategic recruitment of managers and loan officers, and ensuring divisional adherence to regulations and corporate policies.
