The Account Executive will drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective clients, utilizing methodologies like Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC to guide prospects through a consultative sales process. Responsibilities also include managing the full sales cycle, cultivating expansion opportunities in existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams on strategy refinement.

They will act as a strategic partner throughout the customer journey, identifying opportunities for product expansion and serving as the main point of contact for escalations.

The role involves transforming integrations from a technical function into a product-driven competitive advantage by building and managing integration packages tailored for specific customer segments. This includes defining segment-specific integration strategies, managing the roadmap across core systems, and influencing go-to-market strategy through integration capabilities.
Serve as the primary People partner for U.S. business leaders, advising on org design, workforce strategy, employee relations, and investigations. Build repeatable HR systems, ensure multi-state compliance, manage high-stakes sensitive matters, and strengthen performance and talent processes during rapid scaling.
