This hybrid technical-commercial role involves leading the development of innovative geohazard mitigation solutions, owning engineering and estimating during pursuits, and serving as Design Manager on complex projects. The role also requires partnering on commercial strategy, risk evaluation, proposal review, and representing the company externally to build brand trust.
The Pursuit Engineer is responsible for identifying and pursuing prospective projects with key customers in the Geohazard mitigation market, managing the process from lead generation through conversion. This involves deploying sales processes, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure solution delivery.
The role involves leading the development of innovative geohazard mitigation solutions, owning engineering and estimating leadership during pursuits, and serving as Design Manager for complex projects. Commercial responsibilities include partnering on Go/No-Go decisions, contributing to regional commercial strategy, and drafting proposals ensuring alignment.
