The Permitting Associate supports the Permitting Manager across all aspects of the permitting application process, coordinating support for over 100 projects with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery to jurisdictions. This role involves managing unique permitting requirements and utilizing data-driven approaches to track project performance.

This role is responsible for driving efficiency, cost, and quality improvements across the vendor network by ensuring vendors have the necessary infrastructure and operational processes to scale with the company's growth. Key activities include identifying workflow improvements, holding vendors to a high standard, partnering with stakeholders to solve complex problems, and analyzing data to drive cost reductions.

This role involves owning demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle software sales within a single designated market as part of the Public Sector sales team. This involves ensuring solutions align with agency strategic goals around safety, transparency, and community impact while balancing executive engagement with program execution.
