Responsibilities also involve educating field personnel, drafting regulatory appeals, investigating findings, and participating in pre-suit mediations and negotiations.

The attorney will provide legal counsel to facility clients regarding pre-litigation disputes and manage negotiations for issues like contracts, leases, and collections across the country. Responsibilities also include retaining and managing external counsel for litigation, attending key proceedings, and handling third-party subpoenas.
