This role is responsible for defining and owning the end-to-end product strategy for servicing and collections across all lending products, focusing on measurable improvements in repayment, delinquency, self-service adoption, and customer lifetime value via web and mobile experiences. The manager will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, empathetic, and financially sound customer journeys while being directly accountable for key performance indicators.

The Cloud Engineer II will be responsible for owning and improving AWS infrastructure components that support high-availability production systems, focusing on reliability, performance, and security standards. This role involves strengthening reliability through improved SLOs, monitoring, alerting, automation, and reducing MTTR, while also building and enhancing infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD systems.
