This role provides essential clerical support to Brokers for all policies and key accounts, including proofreading various documents like endorsements, audits, and cancellations to ensure accuracy. The assistant will also maintain a suspense system for tracking incoming items and manage account files according to established procedures.

This role involves identifying internal and external strategic issues and opportunities that impact organizational growth and profitability, including facilitating cross-business unit initiatives and evaluating potential M&A activities. Responsibilities also include developing long-term strategic and business development plans, coaching lower-level professionals, and supporting strategic and operational improvement recommendations.
