The Managing Consultant leads complex performance improvement projects within their expertise pillar, overseeing project teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables by driving client value through advanced analytics and industry expertise. Responsibilities also include demonstrating leadership, managing multiple projects, contributing to business development, and mentoring junior staff.

The Managing Consultant acts as a subject-matter expert, analyzing clinical quality data to identify performance gaps and designing improvement plans focused on areas like infection prevention, sepsis care, and surgical quality. They partner with hospital leaders to implement evidence-based strategies that enhance patient care, strengthen public quality profiles, and optimize performance on national scorecards.

Associate Directors lead the day-to-day delivery across engagements, managing project economics and risk, and developing teams while contributing to solution development and business growth. Responsibilities include leading engagement delivery, managing workstreams and stakeholders, owning project economics, and ensuring quality control across all deliverables.
