Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, engineering, environmental science or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher is highly desirable.
- 0-2 years of work experience, including internships.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, R, Python, Stata, SAS, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Databricks, or Teradata is highly desirable.
- Willingness and interest to expand into these capabilities is a must.
- Ability to structure ambiguous challenges, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to different audiences.
- Thrives in a dynamic work environment, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
