The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Thought Leaders and Healthcare Providers to drive scientific exchange and enhance patient access to medicines. The MSL also supports research initiatives and provides medical insights to internal stakeholders.

The Regional Associate Director manages a team of Medical Science Liaisons to ensure medical needs in the region are met and oversees MSL interactions with healthcare providers. They also participate in leadership meetings and translate objectives into performance goals for the team.

The TAS is responsible for promoting BMS products within a defined territory, driving demand through scientific dialogue with healthcare providers. They will also collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure compliance with regulations.
