The engineer will work through support tickets for West Coast clients during Pacific Time business hours, troubleshooting and resolving complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues across Microsoft environments and networking infrastructure. Responsibilities also include taking ownership of problems, communicating clearly with clients, and documenting solutions to improve internal processes.
