The Director/AD Program Management will lead, integrate, and drive cross-functional execution of R&D and G&A programs, ensuring seamless operation aligned with company strategy and milestone delivery. This involves leading planning, execution, and tracking of programs from creation through final delivery, partnering with functional leaders, and driving integrated project plans and governance.

This role is responsible for leading the company's technical accounting strategy, covering complex transactions, financial reporting policies, and ensuring audit readiness for financial reporting excellence. Key duties include interpreting U.S. GAAP, driving accounting assessments for complex arrangements, and building public-company reporting infrastructure.

The Director FP&A will lead company-wide financial planning processes, including annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts, partnering with executive leadership across R&D, Clinical, and G&A functions. This role involves driving financial modeling for strategic initiatives, contributing to investor reporting, and ensuring financial discipline through variance analysis and performance monitoring.

The Vice President Regulatory Affairs will lead the development and execution of regulatory strategies for clinical programs, overseeing all submissions, health authority interactions, and compliance in the US and globally. This leader will serve as the primary liaison to the FDA and other regulatory bodies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

The Clinical Outreach Specialist will drive patient recruitment and clinical study outreach initiatives by contacting clinicians and sites to share information about Ambros’ ongoing clinical study. This involves connecting interested parties with study coordinators or Scientific Affairs Liaisons while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
