Job Requirements
- 10+ years in fast-moving environments (strategy, consulting, ops, or high-growth);
- Experience supporting a founder/CEO is a big plus
- Executive-level communicator
- Strong presence, high EQ, and discretion to handle sensitive topics with care
- Exceptionally organized – manage priorities, projects, and details without losing sight of the big picture
- Calm in the chaos – prioritize competing demands
- Creative and resourceful problem-solver
