Role Description
This role will lead the organization’s Business Analytics team, providing strategic insights that drive data-informed decision-making across multiple business units. The Director will define and implement data strategies, manage complex analytics projects, and ensure the delivery of actionable intelligence to support operational efficiency and growth.
- Lead and mentor the Business Analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and high performance.
- Develop and implement organization-wide data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business questions and analytics needs.
- Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of large, complex datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Create executive-level dashboards, reports, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage multiple analytics projects concurrently, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Partner with business operations and optimization teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and revenue growth.
- Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and modeling to uncover patterns and guide business decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSMS, SSRS, Python, or R.
- Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of the mortgage or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present findings and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated collaboration, integrity, adaptability, and ethical decision-making in a professional environment.
