Role Description
We are looking for a Client Strategy Manager (CSM) to join our growing Corporate business. This individual will be focused on managing relationships across our key brand and retail customers. In this role, you will become an expert in understanding our clients' key business challenges and ensuring we drive adoption and value through our solutions. Your role will be focused on driving strong client engagement and relationships to ensure value creation, leading to favorable renewals and commercial success.
This role will include supporting clients in partnership with an Account Executive (AE) and Solutions partners.
This remote-friendly opportunity can sit in NYC (where our headquarters is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle), or anywhere else in the US.
As a Client Strategy Manager, Corporate at YipitData, you will:

Own and cultivate relationships with your clients by:
- Leveraging product expertise to drive value, user engagement, and deeper adoption
- Understanding the client base and the jobs that need to be done, becoming a trusted resource for our clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service
- Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally
- Creating and executing account growth & engagement strategies

Manage commercial strategy by:
- Developing rapport with key decision-makers
- Partnering with cross-functional partners (Account Executives and Product teams) to create, set and execute account strategy
- Identifying upsell opportunities to augment contract value
- Contributing to building best-in-class practices within our growing Corporate team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Ability to think holistically about an account and build strategic relationships to support user engagement, value creation, and positive renewal outcomes
- Passionate about making clients successful
- Proactive in identifying value-adding opportunities for the client base through discovery
- Able to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
- Self-starter and team player
- Energized by contributing to the future of YipitData and the Corporate business
