Role Description
As a Technical Recruiter at Global Finance Teams, you will focus on sourcing and attracting top technical talent to support our various projects and initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific skill sets required for technical roles and develop targeted recruitment strategies to fill those positions effectively.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and technical communities.
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for the roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements and team dynamics of open positions.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment metrics to track the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape in technical recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically in technical roles.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and job requirements in IT and engineering.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
- Willing to work remotely.
- Willing to work US PST hours from Monday to Friday.
