Role Description
This role involves delivering professional development sessions to NoRedInk customers, virtually and onsite.
- Become an expert in NoRedInk and our professional development service offerings
- Facilitate highly engaging virtual and onsite professional development sessions for educators
- Engage in internal professional development, including observations, feedback, and coaching
- Complete pre- and post-training operations procedures, including leaving detailed notes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on English
- Minimum of two years of US-based English Language Arts teaching experience in 4th-12th grade
- Strong working knowledge of best practices in literacy instruction
- Experience integrating technology into classroom instructional models
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional learning experiences for teachers
- Proficient with technology, confident in navigating a virtual learning experience (i.e. Zoom) and using Google Suite
- Experience using NoRedInk in your own ELA classrooms is an advantage, but not a requirement

- Must reside within the continental United States and be located in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones
- Reliable internet that can support video calls
- A quiet, professional place to deliver sessions
- Must have own equipment necessary to deliver sessions remotely
