Role Description

This role involves delivering professional development sessions to NoRedInk customers, virtually and onsite.

  • Become an expert in NoRedInk and our professional development service offerings
  • Facilitate highly engaging virtual and onsite professional development sessions for educators
  • Engage in internal professional development, including observations, feedback, and coaching
  • Complete pre- and post-training operations procedures, including leaving detailed notes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on English
  • Minimum of two years of US-based English Language Arts teaching experience in 4th-12th grade
  • Strong working knowledge of best practices in literacy instruction
  • Experience integrating technology into classroom instructional models
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional learning experiences for teachers
  • Proficient with technology, confident in navigating a virtual learning experience (i.e. Zoom) and using Google Suite
  • Experience using NoRedInk in your own ELA classrooms is an advantage, but not a requirement

  • Must reside within the continental United States and be located in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones
  • Reliable internet that can support video calls
  • A quiet, professional place to deliver sessions
  • Must have own equipment necessary to deliver sessions remotely
