Job Description

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable software products across all teams and platforms. • Lead and develop a team of QA engineers, guiding both manual and automated testing efforts. • Define and drive the overall quality strategy, standardize QA practices, and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, coverage, and speed. • Strengthen the testing lifecycle, embed AI-assisted quality practices, and foster a culture where quality is owned across the organization.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in health tech, SaaS, or regulated industries.
At least 3 years of people management experience, leading and developing QA or technical teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with manual and automated test planning, development, and execution.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
