• Perform manual and automated functional testing of application code, APIs, and integrated services • Execute non-functional testing, including performance and load testing, to validate system stability and capacity • Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing throughout the software development lifecycle • Validate conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA requirements and applicable federal accessibility standards • Perform screen reader and keyboard-only testing using JAWS and NVDA • Execute automated accessibility scans using tools such as axe, pa11y, and ANDI, and validate results through manual testing • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with user stories and acceptance criteria • Integrate functional and accessibility tests into established CI/CD pipelines • Ensure test results are documented, version-controlled, and reported through approved tools • Clearly document defects, risks, and remediation guidance in issue-tracking systems • Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, product owners, and accessibility leads to resolve issues efficiently • Participate fully in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Proactively identify quality and accessibility risks and raise them early to support timely remediation
