Job Description

• Lead and evolve Zillow’s internship program by reimagining the structure, programming, and delivery. • Create a seamless intern journey from onboarding to mentorship, engagement, and conversion. • Partner with Learning & Development and business leaders to integrate professional and skills development. • Collaborate across teams to align early-career pathways, ensuring consistency and connection. • Influence the design and development of full-time emerging talent and rotational programs. • Build community through thoughtful events, cohort experiences, and storytelling.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, early-career talent, learning and development, or people experience roles.
  • Proven success designing, launching, or scaling internship and early-career programs with measurable results.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort using data, feedback, and metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in hybrid or distributed environments.
