Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience analyzing, validating, and synthesizing data into actionable insights
- Experience with a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) company, retailer, or syndicated data provider
- Strong sense of curiosity and initiative to answer key business questions
- Desire to understand consumer behavior and have a passion for strengthening brands
- Experience with analyzing Retail POS and Panel Data within Circana or Nielsen
- Highly collaborative with the ability to consolidate information and drive swiftly towards answers.
- Knowledge of data analytics, modeling approaches and growth minded towards new approaches.
- Ability to identify patterns, test and learn and draw conclusions from ambiguous data.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy of output.
- Ability to present complex information with simplicity.
- Develop a strong point of view and effectively present to all levels of the organization.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales practices, consumer and retail environment.
- Knowledge of Kantar, Numerator, ShopperSights/Spectra.
