• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular outreach and communication. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients while anticipating and understanding their needs, as well as promptly addressing concerns. • Deliver impactful presentations to clients at various levels, demonstrating the value of our products and services. • Track and manage contractual commitments, ensuring timely delivery of services. • Partner seamlessly with internal departments such as clinical services, operations and analytics to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting client expectations. • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams, accurately conveying client feedback and requirements. • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on client needs and market trends. • Engage directly with members of the community to understand their needs, concerns and preferences. • Leverage community feedback to inform strategic decisions and initiatives within the organization. • Maintain a strong presence in the community, demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact and supporting community well-being. • Travel up to 25% to client sites for in-person meetings.
