Role Description

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a generalist book of business, with a focus on small to mid-market accounts.

  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts, including technology accounts.
  • Handle renewals, quoting, endorsements, and Certificates of Insurance (COI).
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Utilize the Epic software system for account management (training provided if necessary).

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • 2-6 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
  • Familiarity with Epic software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Personable and customer-focused.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Desire for professional growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a drama-free, supportive environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience) + bonus opportunities.
