Role Description
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a generalist book of business, with a focus on small to mid-market accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts, including technology accounts.
- Handle renewals, quoting, endorsements, and Certificates of Insurance (COI).
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize the Epic software system for account management (training provided if necessary).
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- 2-6 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Familiarity with Epic software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Personable and customer-focused.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Desire for professional growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a drama-free, supportive environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
