• Actively manage strong working relationships with divisions, faculty, and other key stakeholders • Respond to requests quickly and effectively • Support faculty in the development of sponsored program proposals and related documents • Interpret sponsor guidelines, compile required documents and attachments, and prepare sponsored program budgets under supervision • Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission to Sponsored Research Services • Develop sponsored program budgets by gathering and organizing expenditure data such as salaries, fringe benefits, and supplies • Review proposals for compliance with sponsor and institutional policies • Effectively manage a portfolio of divisions
