Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and positive-thinker IT Talent Sourcer to join our team. If you are truly interested in people and want to grow in TA/HR direction, you might be a perfect match!
- Close cooperation with Head of TA and Hiring Managers on effective sourcing strategies for open roles
- Active sourcing for open positions using different tools and techniques
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the company’s ATS system
- Neat and accurate database tracking
- Support candidate communication and ensure a smooth initial engagement experience
- Salary map tracking, other data or analytical reviews that can be helpful in recruitment process
- Contributing in employer brand building
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful IT talent sourcing experience, ideally 1-2 years
- Strong experience with different sourcing channels, techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Github, job boards, professional communities, telegram channels, Boolean and X-ray search)
- Understanding of different position profiles (DevOps, BA, PM, Software Engineers etc)
- Experience working with different markets and locations (Ukraine, Europe, Canada, US) - nice to have
- Experience working with ATS (ideally People Force)
- Higher education in psychology, management or related fields
- English - B2+
