- At least one year of experience at Basemakers strongly preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to represent Basemakers professionally and clearly in all brand partner correspondence.
- Proven experience in Basemakers field sales, retail execution, and account management.
- Strong sales orientation with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering value-driven recommendations to partners.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with working proficiency in Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, Docs/Word, Salesforce, and Notion.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities paired with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable operating in a high-accountability environment with ambitious expectations, tight timelines, frequent follow-up, and direct visibility from senior leadership, including regular interaction with the CEO on brand initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
